As a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Green is firmly in favor of embracing a diverse world that recognizes and respects "ways of being" that are not necessarily our own. Dr. Green's unique upbringing in New Orleans has provided her with a perspective that build bridges to trust, respect, and understanding across cultural contexts that contributes to enhanced communication skills, new ways of thinking, self-knowledge, and diverse experiences.
Dr. Green believes we are all unique beings with an internal compass that uniquely guide us in life. Dr. Green understand that we all have a unique and divine blueprint and possess the inner power to create a life of authenticity that we genuinely desire. As Dr. Green continue to paint her portrait and live her passion, she intends to help others become the master creator of their lives. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Dr. Green began her intercollegiate athletics career as the assistant athletic administrator at Philander Smith College in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Green's exposure to the big picture of college athletics inspired her interest in organizational leadership. Dr. Green's primary responsibility was to provide administrative support to the athletics department. As a result, Dr. Green gained high-level project management experience in organizing, preparing, managing the department budget, scheduling, mitigating facility conflicts, and monitoring the academic and learning progress of the department. Dr. Green then served as the director of women's basketball operations at Troy University. As the director of women's basketball operations, she had the privilege of planning and executing team logistics and examining the introspect of a sport on a micro-scale, all of which were transferrable skills applicable to succeed in any industry.
Dr. Green then served as the assistant director of sports administration at the Big Ten Conference. There, she had the privilege of planning and executing various Big Ten Conference championships. In addition to serving as the liaison to the Big Ten Sports Management Committee and Big Ten coaches, she assisted with all Big Ten-sponsored sports. Collegiate athletics has been the roadmap for Dr. Green to apply her broad-based knowledge of a specialized framework to plan and maximize organizational and individual performance in any setting across various industries.
Dr. Green brings with her a decade of experience in leadership, administration, and management. In addition, she brings a broad-based knowledge of life that can help others navigate an ever-changing world and authentically show up as themselves.
